REPLACEMENT COMPRESSORS AND SERVICING

We offer a range of compressors which suit all fire sprinkler applications. Compressors are often overlooked when services are due so we aim to provide the highest level of survivability even under the worst conditions.

We supply high volume compressors as standard, with even higher flow rates available, ensuring fill times are kept to a minimum, saving time and reducing component wear.

Synthetic oil is used in all our oil filled compressors, this is far less likely to emulisfy as cold and damp set in. When the compressor starts high quality oil remains to do the lubrication. 

BACK TO BASE SERVICES

We understand that the components used in compressors are not generaly kept as spares in the contractors spares arsenal. If you send your compressor back to us we will perform a full test and service and return the unit to site. If the compressor is beyond its useful life we will discount the cost of the service against a new unit, or replace the necessary components. We will try and help out to repair other out of warranty, other manufacturer compressors if they are deemed serviceable.

When we assemble compressors for the first time the manufacturers oil is totally removed. The image on the left shows a new units original oil. The image on the right shows how we refill our new and serviced compressors with synthetic oil. 

You can also buy a service kit which incudes the correct amount of oil, a new air filter and a new non return valve pastel (i.e. the rubber seal, which is accesible with a 24mm socket)

CHOOSING THE RIGHT COMPRESSOR

We offer a quick pipe size calucting service, if a site walk round survey is carried out with a guestimation of pipe size and length, we can calculate your fill time with a particular compressor.
