NXT COMPRESSORS

This compressor is manufactured for the Victaulic NXT range of air compressors.

A pressure of 13psi is required permanently so a receiver and regulator are added to a 230-8 compressor.

The recevier is set to maintain air at between 2 and 3 bars of air pressure, with the final pressure being regulated down.

No air maintenance device is required as our innovative controls have been modified to offer a 1 minute start delay in top up mode, so only the 24 litres from the tank can be added in a fire. The compressor will not start, acting as a human failsafe fast fill bypass.

Multiple valve-sets can be combined without the additional cost of air maintenance devices for each valve-set, saving upfront purchasing costs and giving significant time savings.

GRIFEN manufactured a portable demonstrator of the NXT valveset, so we have an indepth knowledge of how the valve works.

We manufactured a skid wit teh valve, alarms, operating sprinler, water tank, air supply and an illuminated valve chamber.
